I consent to being photographed and filmed during the Youth Climate Summit on 30th October
Photos and films may be used online and in print for purposes of publicity and illustrating outputs from the day.

If selected, I promise to complete the pre-event assignment

All attendees will be asked to watch some short films and do a small amount of reading before the 30th October. It is important that all attendees complete this.

I confirm that I will discuss my attendance with a parent or guardian and ask them to sign a consent form
